"As we usher in the New Year, it’s time to focus on the positive changes we wish to manifest in our lives. We often kickstart the year with resolutions or create guiding lists to help us reach our goals. However, life’s unpredictability can sometimes steer us off course.
In the past, my journey towards maintaining a healthy diet throughout the year has seen its share of ups and downs, often reverting to old habits. But this year, I’m adopting a fresh approach to my health journey.
I’ll begin by affirming, ‘I love myself, and I value my body. The quest for health is a universal challenge. Unfortunately, supermarkets often complicate this journey by strategically placing unhealthy foods at the front of the aisles or near the cashier, tempting us to make impulsive, unhealthy purchases. This year, I’m determined to resist such tactics. I’m committed to making changes and will constantly remind myself of my determination to eat healthier. I also plan to incorporate more exercise and meditation into my routine, as I believe these practices will further bolster my goals.’
